Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original extended abstracts for consideration in the PSMZA FYP Book of Extended Abstracts. All submissions will undergo an editorial review to ensure they are relevant to the journal's scope and meet the required quality standards.

Before submitting, please ensure that:

  • The manuscript follows the official template.
  • All authors have approved the submission.
  • Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted materials.
  • The title and abstract are clear and concise.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

This section publishes extended abstracts related to final year project proposals, research, innovation, and TVET student projects.
